Endorsed by their cooperative with Board Resolution or Secretary Certificate and valid ID. Holds voting rights at the General Assembly.
Accompanying Delegate
Additional delegates beyond the two free representatives. First young leader per coop is free; succeeding slots follow event pricing.
Young Leader
Must be 35 years old or younger and part of the member cooperative. Registration fee applies per delegate.

Settle fees before uploading proof.-
Registration fee for accompanying delegates: ₱3,800.00 per person.
